If pet is picked up before 11am, there is no charge for boarding the day of pick-up. Boarding will not be charged for the pick-up day if pet is being groomed on that pick-up day.

Pets are groomed on a first come, first serve basis; the earliest pick up time is 1pm. Appointments are taken; please call for possible same day service.

Tour Our Facility
If you have any questions about our services or want to speak with a specialist in any department, give us a call. You’re more than welcome to come by to tour our facility on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm – 3pm.

To help make your check in time shorter, please fill out the appropriate forms and have them with you on the day of your appointment. Or fax them to us at 703-361-2323, so that we can have all the information entered into our computer prior to your arrival.

Yappie/Blooms Crossing Animal Hospital Express Check-In
1. If you are a new customer, please fill out a Customer Information Sheet.
2. Have a copy of your pets current vaccine history or have your Veterinary fax it to us at 703-361-2323.

Yappie Boarding Express Check-In
1. Fill out the Boarding Contract and have a copy of your pets current vaccine history or have your Veterinary fax it to us.

Directions
Take I-95/I-495 N Capital Beltway to Route 66 West. Take Exit 53, VA-28 South, towards Centerville for approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto Manassas Drive and the Yappie Cuttery is located 1 mile on your right at 9471 Manassas Drive.
